Components of the Plan
The M Resort offers 390 exceptionally appointed, oversized guest rooms and suites ranging from 550 to 2,400 square feet. The guest rooms and suites are richly designed with beds featuring a pillow-top mattress and fine linens. Each room offers a living space that includes high-technology amenities such as a Bose(R) Wave(R) sound system, iPod(R) docking station and 42" HD LCD flat screen television. The spa-like bathrooms offer guests a marble vanity with double sinks, inlaid mirror television and separate bathtub and shower. All resort rooms and suites feature automatic lighting controls for energy efficiency and floor to ceiling windows with unrivaled views of the Las Vegas Strip or mountains. Uniquely designed, more than 70 percent of the rooms at the M Resort provide views of the world-famous Las Vegas skyline.

Reservations
Reservations require a credit card that will be charged one night's deposit plus tax.
Every effort will be made to accommodate your request for a specific room type preference and location. However, we are unable to guarantee any requests, as rooms are not assigned until check-in.
Check-in/Check-out - Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
Age Requirement - You must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a room. Valid identification required upon check-in.
Occupancy - The maximum occupancy per room is 4 persons
Pet Policy - We allow only service animals for physically challenged guests.
Early Checkout - 1 night room and tax without 48 hours notice
Late Checkout - upon availability
Cancellations
Cancellations require 48 hours notice prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Modifications allowed only before cut off date.
Staying offsite?
All guests enjoy complimentary valet parking and self-parking is always free.

Parking & Shuttles
All guests enjoy complimentary valet parking and self-parking is always free. Electric vehicle charging station is available on the M Resort and Spa premise. Shuttles from the resort in Henderson, Nevada, to the McCarran International Airport are included in your resort fee.
Shuttle services to and from McCarran Airport are available from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. daily, by reservation only. Reservations are subject to availability and must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Book now at: https://themresortshuttle.setmore.com/.
Should any issues arise with your shuttle service, please call the M Resort Bell Desk at 702-797-1115.
TAKE TIME FOR YOU
Relax and reset at our full-service spa and salon! Expert hair and body technicians at our salon and barbershop use the highest-quality products and trendy techniques. M Resort will have a 15% discount for WACE attendees for spa services (not retail). Here is the Spa Price Menu.
Make reservations in advance to ensure the preferred treatments and therapists are available. To schedule your appointment, please call Spa Mio at 702-797-1800.
If you have special requests, physical ailments, disabilities, allergies or if you are pregnant, please notify the receptionist at time of booking. This will prepare our staff to provide the best possible spa treatment for you.
If you have a preference regarding the gender of your therapist, please let us know when making your reservation. We will make every effort to accommodate your request in order to create a comfortable, relaxing environment.
Day passes can be purchased for those receiving salon services or those wanting to use the amenities.

M Pool will be OPEN!
M Pool, M Resort’s all-ages Resort Pool, is a 100,000 square foot venue which features two 5,460-square-foot heated, infinity edge pools, boasts two large whirlpool hot tubs, and is surrounded by lush palm trees and tropical landscaping. With a depth of three and a half feet at its deepest, and a nine-inch wading pool on each end, M Pool is easily enjoyed by guests of all ages. M Pool is the ultimate getaway from the congested Las Vegas Strip and a premiere locals destination, featuring upgraded amenities including 17 deluxe day beds, 13 private VIP cabanas, courteous chair-side service, and a full food and beverage menu of freshly prepared items that cover all of your poolside cravings.

Staying onsite for WACE 2023 is not only a part of the immersive conference experience, it allows WACUHO to continue to effectively manage organizational costs. Every effort is made to keep attendees’ expenses at as low as possible and we receive discounted access to meeting spaces and amenities because of our agreement with the resort to fulfill our room block. By staying at the resort, you support WACUHO in meeting its requirements with the hotel and avoiding additional cost for not meeting our contractual obligations.
