EXHIBITOR EVENT SCHEDULE

Monday, April 17th, 2023

  • 2:30pm:  Exhibitors Orientation

  • 3pm–4pm:  Platinum, Gold, Silver Meet Up

  • 4pm–5pm:  Exhibitor Thank You Reception

Tuesday, April 18th, 2023

  • 9am-Noon:  Exhibit Hall Open

  • 12:15pm-1:30pm:  Lunch with WACUHO Members

NOTES ON EXHIBIT REGISTRATION

  • Registration includes (1) exhibitor badge and (1) ticket for Tuesday Lunch. 
     

  • Additional badges should be purchased for anyone joining you at the booth.
     

  • Tuesday Lunch and other meals can be purchased at an additional charge.
     

  • Booth sizes for exhibitors will be 8x10.
     

  • Double booths will be available for purchase.
